Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Senior Security GRC Engineer to design and scale automation and AI-driven GRC workflows. You’ll automate evidence collection, testing, and reporting across security systems, leveraging AI/LLMs and integrated platforms.

You will partner with teams to re-engineer manual processes, ensure explainable AI outputs, and uphold regulatory compliance across frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering, GRC, or related field.
• Experience building automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong scripting and API integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation pipelines for evidence collection and validation.
• Prototype and deploy AI/LLM-based solutions to accelerate GRC workflows.
• Integrate GRC tools with security and IT systems via APIs.
• Develop bots and scripts for recurring GRC tasks.
• Collaborate with analysts to re-engineer manual processes into automation.
