Job summary

Enexus Global Inc. seeks a US-based AI assisted full-stack engineer to accelerate design, development, refactoring, and hardening of software components using AI tools. You will deliver high-quality, secure code in Java and/or React within a hybrid Chicago-based team.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong AI tool experience with Claude and Cursor, and collaboration with CNA product owners and engineers in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java backend development with strong AI integration capabilities.
• Experience building full-stack apps using React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience using AI development tools (Claude, Cursor) to accelerate delivery.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the full software lifecycle: design, development, refactoring, testing, and production hardening of Java and/or React components.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver AI-augmented solutions.
• Follow CNA engineering, security, and operational standards at all times.
• Provide leadership in evaluating AI-generated artifacts for production readiness.
