Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Video Producer to join the Strategic Capabilities team. You will manage day-to-day production, coordinate virtual recording sessions, serve as technical producer, and ensure high-quality audio/video capture for daily podcast publishing.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in podcast, broadcast, digital media, or audio production
• Advanced proficiency with professional audio editing software
• Experience managing virtual recording platforms and remote guests
• Strong audio engineering, editing, mixing, and mastering
• Experience publishing content to podcast hosting and distribution platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production workflow for daily podcast publishing
• Coordinate and set up virtual recording sessions for hosts and guests
• Serve as technical producer during recordings, troubleshoot issues in real time
• Maintain recording equipment, software licenses, and production tools
• Edit and produce video podcast episodes with same-day or rapid-turnaround publishing
• Mix, master, and optimize audio for consistent sound quality
• Edit video podcast content and short-form clips for distribution
• Manage file organization, storage, backups, and asset libraries
• Upload and publish episodes across hosting platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube)
• Ensure episode metadata, titles, descriptions, show notes, transcripts, and links are accurate
• Maintain RSS feeds and troubleshoot distribution issues
• Coordinate publishing schedules to ensure timely releases
• Monitor podcast performance across channels
• Maintain dashboards and report downloads, engagement, growth
• Stay current on podcast landscape and recommend improvements
