You will sit at the intersection of AI strategy, research, and go-to-market efforts, coordinating recording sessions, editing video podcasts, and publishing across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

The role requires 5+ years in podcast or video production, advanced editing software skills, and proven ability to manage multiple episodes with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in podcast, broadcast, or digital media production.
• Advanced proficiency in audio editing software: Audition/Pro Tools/Descript.
• Experience managing virtual recording and remote guests.
• Strong audio engineering, mixing, and mastering capabilities.
• Experience publishing to podcast hosting/distribution platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple episodes and deadlines.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality content under tight timelines.
• Strong communication with executives, hosts, and guests.
• Familiarity with podcast analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience producing tech/business or corporate podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production workflow for daily podcast publishing.
• Coordinate virtual recording sessions for hosts and guests.
• Serve as technical producer and troubleshoot in real time.
• Maintain equipment, licenses, and production tools.
• Edit and produce episodes with same-day or rapid turnaround.
• Mix, master, and optimize audio for consistent sound quality.
• Edit video podcast content and short clips for distribution.
• Organize files, backups, and asset libraries.
• Upload and publish episodes across hosting platforms.
• Ensure accurate metadata, show notes, transcripts, and links.
• Maintain RSS feeds and troubleshoot distribution issues.
• Coordinate publishing schedules and monitor release times.
• Track podcast performance and provide regular reporting.
• Monitor turnaround times and production efficiency.
• Stay current on podcast production trends and tools.
