Job summary

Data Direct Networks is seeking a Platform Support Architect to lead NVIDIA AI Enterprise and vector database support for HyperPOD deployments. You will triage GPU, NVAIE services, Milvus/vector DB, Kubernetes, Docker, and network/storage interactions in production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux-based infrastructure roles (SRE, MLOps, platform engineering, or L2/L3 support).
• Strong hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes (Docker/containerd, Helm, Operators).
• Practical experience with GPU-accelerated workloads in production.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise components and toolchain.

Responsibilities

• Act as NVIDIA AI Enterprise and vector database expert for HyperPOD environments.
• Own end-to-end triage across GPU, NVAIE services, vector DB, Kubernetes, Docker, networking and storage.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in RAG and agentic AI workflows.
• Create and maintain runbooks, diagnostics bundles and reusable assets for support readiness.
