Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/platform engineering or data science
• 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership overseeing AI-driven initiatives
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems or cloud platforms
• Strong backend, APIs, infrastructure, or platform-architecture background
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, data science deployment
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and data science pipelines
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to drive technical excellence and architectural decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and data science roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring scalability and integration with LLMs
• Partner with product, data science, research, and engineering to define capabilities like memory, planning, and multi-agent orchestration
• Design and implement core platform services including API gateways, vector store integrations, and RAG pipelines
• Oversee integrations with third-party tools and data science services to enable scalable agent execution
• Guide cloud-native development, observability, security, and reliable deployment practices
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists
• Align platform capabilities with evolving AI product line needs and downstream apps
• Promote code quality through reviews and reliability practices
• Shape long-term vision for autonomous, data-science-powered workflows at scale
