Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior AI engineering Leader to architect and deliver enterprise AI platforms spanning multiple model providers and cloud ecosystems. You will set technical standards for generative and agentic AI, and lead several engineering teams to deliver at scale.

You will be a credible authority on hyperscaler AI services, model selection, and enterprise-grade deployment, with a focus on security, reliability, and cost governance across the AI estate. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
• Minimum 10 years of software or AI/ML engineering, including architecture leadership
• Minimum 6 years architecting enterprise AI/LLM platforms across cloud and model providers
• Minimum 3 years of LLMOps/MLOps at scale and multi-cloud architecture
• Minimum 5 years leading engineering teams and end-to-end solution delivery
• Minimum 3 years in AI security, governance, and FinOps for AI
• 1 year in utilities sector or related finance/regulatory function

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise AI platforms across model providers and clouds
• Set reference architectures and standards for LLMOps, security, reliability, and cost governance
• Lead multiple engineering teams delivering AI solutions at scale
• Own model strategy and enterprise deployment of generative/agentic AI
• Drive FinOps-for-AI and embed governance into platform design
• Shape client solutions and delivery models for major AI programs
