Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with AI technologies from cloud providers, open source, and 3rd party tooling.
• 4+ years in designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on major public clouds.
• 2+ years with AI platforms (Claude, open-source) and agentic orchestration tools.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems: retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, lifecycle observability.
• Lead architecture workshops with client and Accenture teams; finalize requirements and TCO for AI solutions.
• Evaluate, rationalize, and select technologies for full-stack AI platforms; build financial-viability models.
• Design architectural blueprints (multi-agent, AI security, runtime, governance, DevOps, knowledge/data layer).
• Design knowledge architectures (knowledge graphs, semantic layers) for enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Architect for scalability, security, governance, and performance across clouds.
• Create reusable AI components, agents, and solution patterns for repeatable delivery.
• Stand up custom agent frameworks across providers (Bedrock, Claude); scalable reference architectures.
• Oversee AgentOps, LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, Observability; drive MLOps pipelines.
