Job summary

Aura is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Intelligence Platform. You’ll own end-to-end design and delivery of scalable components that unify Aura’s data and enable secure, private AI-driven insights for millions of customers.

You’ll work primarily in Python and TypeScript on AWS, shaping architecture, mentoring teammates, and driving best practices in security, observability, and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep experience owning end-to-end systems from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and drive architecture for key platform components.
• Own initiatives from design through deployment, translating goals into scalable requirements.
• Build the foundation that unifies Aura’s data for secure AI insights.
• Architect how AI agents access and reason over sensitive data with least-privilege isolation.
