Job summary

Compensation ranges from $190K to $230K annually, alongside equity and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Must be able and willing to come to the office once per week (typically Thursdays).
• Experience integrating LLMs or generative AI models into applications.

Responsibilities

• Build components that integrate agentic AI design patterns into the HackerOne platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to translate customer needs.
• Stay current with emerging AI security trends.

Skills

Experience implementing distributed system features

Hands-on experience with ML frameworks

Understanding of responsible AI development

Exposure to agentic frameworks

Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services
