Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing AI services in Raleigh, NC. You will own agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, and evaluation capabilities while ensuring reliability and observability across production systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with AI frameworks and evaluation, distributed systems and APIs, cloud infrastructure, testing, and collaboration across a polyglot stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing AI platform services and product features, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, and evaluation capabilities.
• Integrate AI workflows into production systems and own their reliability, observability, quality feedback loops, and performance while collaborating across product and engineering teams.
