Job summary

Learningmate Solutions is seeking a Senior AI / Platform Engineer to own deep technical diagnosis and help establish a repeatable maintenance model for Snowflake-based AI applications and agents. Remote role with IST evening hours.

You will map the architecture of ~25 AI applications moving into production, diagnose complex production issues across agents, prompts, tools, APIs, and data pipelines, and collaborate with the architecture team to drive platform-level improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep Snowflake Cortex experience including Cortex Agents/Search/Snowpark.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting LLM/agent applications.
• Familiar with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience in production deployment, CI/CD and release management.
• Knowledge of LLM observability with Langfuse/LangSmith.
• Ability to diagnose distributed application failures via logs and traces.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role: Senior AI / Platform Engineer

Experience: 6-10 years overall, with recent hands-on GenAI / agent platform experience.

Location: Remote

Shift Time: 5:30pm to 3:30am IST

Purpose

Own deeper technical diagnosis and help establish a repeatable maintenance model for company's Snowflake-based AI applications and agents.

Responsibilities

• Understand the architecture of ~25 AI applications moving into production and identify common operating patterns.
• Diagnose complex production issues across agents, prompts, tools, APIs, data pipelines and integrations.
• Work with existing observability platform to trace failures and identify root causes.
• Define deployment, monitoring, escalation and remediation patterns across applications.
• Support bug fixes, production changes and more complex engineering issues.
• Work closely with architecture team and help distinguish application-specific fixes from platform-level improvements.
• Help identify reusable agent lifecycle, monitoring and operational components as the estate grows.

Core Skills

• Strong Snowflake experience, ideally including Cortex AI / Cortex Agents / Cortex Search / Snowpark.
• Python, SQL and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting LLM/agent applications.
• Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or similar.
• Production deployment, CI/CD and release management.
• LLM/AI observability and evaluation concepts; Langfuse, LangSmith, Ragas or similar is useful.
• Experience diagnosing distributed application failures, logs, traces and integrations.

Note: We are searching for candidates combining Snowflake Cortex, agent architecture, data engineering, CI/CD and AI observability.
