DISCO is seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Engineer to turn MVP prototypes into secure, scalable enterprise systems. You will bridge the AI Innovation Lab and production engineering, shaping how AI applications run at scale across the organization.

You'll own cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, containerization, and automated security and compliance. The role emphasizes developer enablement, documentation, and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience focused on production systems.
• Experience in Python/TypeScript and RESTful API design.
• Proven ability to scale MVPs to production and support DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Re-architect AI prototypes for secure, scalable production deployment.
• Design cloud infra (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize apps with Docker/Kubernetes and build APIs.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and audit logging.
• Mentor teams and create DevOps templates and docs.
