Job summary

Cribl is hiring a senior software engineer to shape AI features across the product suite. You will work with a founding team and skilled engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into Cribl's observability platform, solving real customer problems while delivering delightful user experiences.

You will collaborate with partners to prototype, design, and implement AI-driven surfaces, with emphasis on end-to-end delivery and production readiness. This is a remote-first role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with end-to-end AI feature work.
• Strong fullstack experience: React UIs and backend services or APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one backend language.
• Experience shipping AI agent-driven product experiences in production.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI integrations into Cribl core products.
• Collaborate with product/design to prototype and test new AI features.
• Stay current with AI tech trends and apply them to Cribl surfaces.
