Job summary

Glover Labs is seeking an AI Software Engineer in Seattle, WA to help build the core of our platform. You will design back-end systems that orchestrate multi-agent workflows across large enterprise codebases and define APIs and data models for our Living Spec platform.

You'll work with AI-powered tooling, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with founders and early customers to shape what we ship, balancing ambition with pragmatism.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of complex systems.
• Experience building on top of LLM APIs and AI-powered tooling.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns for legacy infra.
• Background in regulated industries is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend systems that orchestrate multi-agent workflows across large enterprise codebases.
• Develop APIs and integration surfaces connecting the platform to customer systems (source control, CI/CD, ticketing, legacy datastores).
• Contribute to architecture decisions, API and data model definitions for the core platform.
• Collaborate with design partners and customers to understand requirements and iterate quickly.
• Set engineering standards and help shape the roadmap as the team grows.
