Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to architect and improve the internal AI tooling foundation powering safe, scalable AI use across the company. You will own the software framework, APIs, and developer harnesses for autonomous agents while maintaining license hygiene and platform governance.

You will design the LLM gateway, enforce code-based governance, and lead cross-functional partnerships to reduce fragmentation and bring enterprise-ready AI to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software, Platform, or Systems Administration experience.
• Hands-on Familiarity with the AI Stack and agentic architectures.
• Identity & Governance Expertise: SSO, RBAC, least privilege, lifecycle mgmt.
• Solid engineering and infra fundamentals: Python/Go/TypeScript, observability, reliability.
• PDLC rigor: documentation, change/configuration management, support processes.
• Service-oriented mindset: translate constraints into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement Agentic Architecture: core platform, APIs, SDKs for agentic use cases.
• Own Day-to-Day Platform Operations: manage Portkey, Claude, Gemini, Devin, Glean lifecycles.
