Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff/Senior AI Platform Engineer (Developer Experience) to build scalable AI infrastructure. You will work across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, designing model serving, orchestration, and cost‑effective compute strategies.

You’ll embed with data science and ML teams, creating reusable architectural patterns and platform capabilities that accelerate AI delivery. You will mentor engineers, drive security and governance standards, and enable

Qualifications

• Deep expertise designing and operating AI workloads across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud
• Strong ability to work embedded with technical teams and translate requirements into scalable architectures
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes at production scale
• Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform, CDK) for reusable multi‑team templates
• Deep knowledge of GPU/resource management across heterogeneous hardware
• Experience designing model serving infrastructure and inference pipelines
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Engineering

Responsibilities

• Embed with AI builder teams to understand infrastructure bottlenecks and needs
• Translate engagements into generalizable patterns, standards, and guidance
• Reduce friction in the AI development lifecycle from experimentation to production
• Design developer-friendly abstractions and APIs that balance simplicity and flexibility
• Collaborate to define and uphold an excellent developer experience for AI teams
• Shepherd AI projects through governance gates across the AI supply chain
• Facilitate cross‑functional approvals spanning Legal, Security, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy, and Responsible AI
