Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Corporate Technology AI4Tech Scaling Team in Plano, TX. You will contribute to secure, scalable software solutions, emphasizing best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps-minded delivery.

The role involves implementing cloud infrastructure, integrating Claude Code, and guiding teams onboarding AI coding assistants, with emphasis on reliability, security, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Hands-on backend development knowledge with Python and/or Java.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience administering GitHub Copilot Business/Enterprise and related policies.
• Experience with Claude Code / Anthropic API integration and automated code validation.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and scale GitHub Copilot and Claude Code platforms, including provisioning and policy enforcement.
• Develop and maintain Copilot Skills and agent configurations to encode domain knowledge and workflows.
• Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services for reliability and compliance.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to support AI developer tool adoption.
• Write high-quality production code and review others' code for security and quality.
• Build dashboards and pipelines to track tool usage, productivity, and cost.
