Job summary

Safety National’s IT team seeks an AI Platform Engineer III to administer and improve enterprise AI platforms and services, including Copilot and Azure AI Foundry. You’ll configure governance, security, licensing, and environments while collaborating with Security, Architecture, Data Governance, and Software Engineering teams.

You’ll lead investigations, develop standards and runbooks, mentor juniors, and help drive responsible AI adoption in a hybrid work setting with 3 days/week in the St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in information technology or a related field.
• Excellent written, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with strong commitment to quality.
• Advanced understanding of enterprise technology platforms, cloud services, security, and AI.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret usage metrics and trends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in St. Louis office.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve enterprise AI platforms and services.
• Configure settings, security, access, licensing, environments, and governance.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Data Governance, and Software Engineering.
• Evaluate new technologies, monitor health and adoption, and provide recommendations.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses for complex platform issues.
• Develop standards, procedures, and runbooks; manage projects to completion.
• Mentor junior team members and support learning initiatives.
