Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will shape how AI assistants securely interact with Wrike, driving adoption and developer experience.

You’ll own the strategy for the MCP core, enable Wrike teams to build tools, publish plugins across marketplaces, and guide the evolution of GraphQL capabilities to broaden Wrike Core coverage for AI agents.

Qualifications

5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Lead MCP team and enable other Wrike teams to create tools for domains of expertise.
Own publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across marketplaces.
Translate trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to identify high-value agent workflows.
