Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering backend or full-stack enterprise software.
• Experience designing, applying, and scaling AI/ML systems within software products.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and model evaluation practices.
• Ability to define architecture patterns and establish responsible AI guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable improvements in performance, reliability, and intelligence by building scalable full stack solutions with integrated AI capabilities.
• Embed AI-first thinking across system design and development, leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks to enhance product functionality.
• Define and drive adoption of architecture standards, including scalable AI patterns and guardrails for interoperability, security, and future readiness.
• Modernize the technology stack and development practices to improve velocity and quality through automation and CI/CD.
• Strengthen system resilience and uptime through proactive dependency management and observability.
• Lead technical direction and cross-team alignment, translating complex trade-offs into clear decisions.
