Job summary

Cognizant Consulting seeks a Senior Manager Consulting, AI Architecture and Engineering to translate business priorities into secure, scalable AI platforms and customer-facing solutions.

You will lead architecture, guide projects from discovery through deployment, mentor engineers, and partner with product, data, cloud, security, and clients. This role offers hybrid work with Atlanta offices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software, platform, data, or cloud engineering with 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in LLM application engineering, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience establishing secure AI platforms and LLMOps, including CI/CD, observability, and governance.
• Experience guiding modern full‑stack and distributed systems with Angular/TypeScript, C#/NET, APIs, and cloud services.
• Strong executive communication and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern target architectures, reference patterns, and scalable AI services.
• Lead solutions from discovery through deployment, hands-on in reviews and prototyping.
• Architect model-agnostic AI with agents, memory, tool-calling, and secure integrations.
• Establish AI platform and LLMOps practices: CI/CD, observability, evaluation, cost control.
• Mentor architects/engineers; align use cases with measurable outcomes.
