Job summary

Wipro Limited in Dallas, Texas seeks an Engineering Lead for Microsoft Data & AI to define and drive the technical architecture of an agentic AI platform. You will lead multi-agent orchestration, tool-use frameworks, and LLM integration pipelines at production scale, while mentoring engineers on best practices for reliable AI systems.

Responsibilities include architecture reviews, API design, and collaboration with ML and software teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years software architecture experience with 3+ years in AI/ML platform systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, API design (REST/gRPC), and Python plus Java/Go/TypeScript.
• Production experience in agentic AI or LLM-based applications at scale, incl. prompt engineering and observability.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for modules and document clear linkages and dependencies.
• Design solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards.
• Review code, resolve team queries, and ensure consistent replication patterns.
• Collaborate with project managers through the SDLC.
• Monitor testing activities and conduct UAT.
• Perform root-cause analysis, fix errors, and upgrade interfaces.
• Coordinate deployment and prepare user training documents.
• Maintain technical docs, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and expectations.
• Advance testing and development practices to improve automation.
