Job summary

Sia’s AI & Data team seeks an experienced Solution Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable data and AI architectures across cloud, ML/DL, and generative AI domains. You will collaborate with CIOs, CISOs, and engineering leaders to define technical vision and ensure security and cost controls.

The role involves both client-facing pre-sales activities and hands-on architectural leadership within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of solution/ cloud architecture with significant design responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in at least two ecosystems: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA.
• Fluent in French; professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for data and AI projects across cloud, ML/DL, and generative AI.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to align architectural decisions with business goals, security, and compliance.
• Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and governance to ensure coherence across workstreams.
• Remove impediments for engineering teams and provide hands-on guidance as needed.
• Oversee lifecycle from advisory to MVP to production deployment.
• Contribute to pre-sales through scoping, estimating, and technical proposals.
