Job summary

TTEC is seeking an AI Architect to lead cross-pillar architectural coherence across Automation, AI & Intelligence, and Product Engineering. You will define platform standards, govern AI initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable AI integrations across major providers. Hybrid work is available in the Denver area with a focus on hands-on leadership.

The role requires senior-level architecture experience, strong communication with leadership, and a track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software and systems architecture experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML or intelligent automation at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience with large language model APIs and production agentic systems.
• Ability to architect across multiple AI platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the multi-model AI platform architecture across Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Establish standards for building and orchestrating agents with MCP integration.
• Own architectural decisions for evaluation, monitoring, and production improvements of AI outputs.
