Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager for an AI & Personalization Platform on a 12+ month onsite contract in Irving, TX. Lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams and manage platform initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP and have 7+ years of PM experience delivering technical or AI/ML initiatives, plus strong executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP) required.
• 7+ years of PM/programme management delivering tech or data initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, data, and operations.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or personalization platforms; model development not required.
• Understanding AI/ML lifecycle: data readiness, solution development, deployment, monitoring.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, bias, explainability and governance for AI.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra, and platform operations.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Strong RAID, risk, vendor, and stakeholder management; executive reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and Personalization Platform initiatives with scope, risks, and launch readiness.
• Build and maintain an integrated platform roadmap with dependencies and enablers.
• Translate strategy into milestone-based delivery plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Establish intake and prioritization for AI/personalization requests balancing value and risk.
• Coordinate delivery across product, AI/ML, software, data, architecture, privacy, legal, and vendors.
• Drive lifecycle from discovery to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Govern platform capabilities: data pipelines, model services, APIs, observability.
• Define acceptance criteria and plans for relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Run agile cadences, manage RAID, and propose trade-offs to leadership.
• Track staffing, budget, and vendor spend against plan.
