Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior AI Developer Technology Engineer to advance generative AI training and inference on NVIDIA platforms. You will collaborate with developers to accelerate performance, optimize workloads, and influence hardware/software stacks across AI ecosystems.

Ideal candidates excel in C/C++, parallel programming, and low-level optimization, with a strong foundation in CPU/GPU architectures and effective communication within cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computational field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work or research experience in software engineering and performance tuning.
• Programming fluency in C/C++ with a deep understanding of algorithms and software development.
• Background in accelerated computing, with knowledge of parallel programming, performance analysis and optimization.
• Hands on experience doing low-level performance optimizations.
• Foundational understanding of modern CPU and GPU architectures.
• Good communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop GPU-accelerated techniques for complex AI workloads across generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning domains.
• Collaborate directly with developers to optimize and accelerate AI training and inference on NVIDIA platforms; build and optimize algorithms and contribute to frameworks and libraries.
• Partner with leading experts to analyze and optimize AI algorithms on CPU and GPU architectures.
• Shape the design of next-generation hardware, system software, libraries, and programming models with internal teams.
• Publish breakthroughs via developer blogs and present at industry conferences.
