Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computational field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of relevant work or research experience in software engineering and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in C/C++ with strong algorithms and software development fundamentals.
• Background in accelerated computing with parallel programming, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with low-level performance optimizations and understanding of modern CPU/GPU architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop GPU-accelerated techniques for generative AI workloads (LLMs, diffusion, multimodal).
• Collaborate with developers to optimize training and inference on NVIDIA platform and contribute to frameworks and libraries.
• Partner with experts to analyze and optimize AI algorithms on CPU/GPU architectures.
• Shape designs of next-generation hardware, system software, and programming models with internal teams.
• Publish breakthroughs in developer blogs and present at industry conferences.
