Inductivequotient is seeking a senior Translational Data and AI Engineer to modernize how biomarker and clinical data are ingested, transformed, and delivered within Computational Discovery.

Join a team consolidating ETL onto a modern AWS-native lakehouse platform, contributing across the full stack from ingestion to curated delivery, with a focus on scalable, guarded workflows and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled data pipelines and guardrails.
• Shipped production pipelines on AWS (S3, ECS/Fargate, Redshift).
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data engineering.
• Familiar with lakehouse architectures and ETL design.
• Ability to work with PHI-adjacent clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain orchestrated ingestion pipelines for multi-modal data.
• Develop layered transformations with data-quality guardrails.
• Implement clinical data ingestion following SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Deliver API, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Migrate legacy rules from R/PySpark to new platform implementations.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate domain requirements into data models.
