Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native systems with LLM/agent systems.
• Deep knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming.
• Expertise in observability and feature flagging.
• Comfortable collaborating in-person to build the NYC hub.

Responsibilities

• Own features across the stack, from design to deployment.
• Architect and own agent orchestration engine.
• Build AI-native, human-in-the-loop UIs.
• Optimize system performance and infrastructure efficiency.
