Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with distributed streaming platforms like Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high‑quality APIs and services for our experimentation platform and recommendation systems.
• Work with AI as a first‑class collaborator to generate specs, code and tests.
• Define and codify AI‑Native engineering practices for the team.
• Build across the backend stack to deliver scalable experiences for tens of millions of users.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams to turn complex user problems into engineering solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
