The role focuses on modernizing enterprise apps using AI, RAG and agent frameworks, transforming .NET/Mainframe legacy into cloud-native architectures, and ensuring governance and security across implementations. The position requires 7+ years in modern languages (Python/Java), experience with AI orchestration, and solid CI/CD, containerization, and database skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in modern programming languages such as Python or Java.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency with databases like DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Experience in modernizing legacy platforms such as .NET frameworks, TIBCO, and Mainframe (COBOL/CICS).

As a Senior AI modernization Engineer (NJ FL), you will be part of the AI and Software Engineering department supporting modernization initiatives across diverse enterprise platforms.
