Job summary

SHP Technology seeks a Senior AI & ML Systems Engineer to join the Data & AI team, delivering production-ready AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will design and deploy RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, and deploy scalable ML APIs.

You will work with Python, Pinecone, Qdrant, FastAPI, and open-source weights, collaborating with product teams to embed AI into client software. This remote role spans US/EU and requires 4+ years in software engineering with an AI/ML focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with Python and AI/ML focus.
• Experience building RAG architectures and vector DBs.
• Knowledge of FastAPI, PyTorch, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
