Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Seattle. You will design, evangelize, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions for customer needs, including generative AI use cases, and help drive real business impact.

You will collaborate with customers and stakeholders, train and fine-tune models, assess data infrastructure, run experiments, and share reusable AI artifacts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques.
• Experience in professional software engineering and the SDLC including coding standards, architectures, reviews, and deployments.
• Experience defining benchmarks for GenAI model performance.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AI/ML solutions on AWS tailored to customer needs, including model selection and tuning.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and Generative AI applications addressing real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on applying AI responsibly and cost-efficiently, ensuring best practices throughout delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI advancements and diverse data sources for business impact.
• Share knowledge within the organization, mentor teammates, and prototype new technologies.
