Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• Demonstrated experience architecting scalable software with emphasis on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on production-class software design using Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in debugging complex infrastructures, including real-time threads and cloud environments.
• Strong practices in coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing and operations.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch for production ML workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-class AI and software systems using Python, PyTorch, C++, Rust, Java, or similar languages.
• Build clean, modular, reviewable software prioritizing performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Debug complex software infrastructure across cloud environments, distributed systems, asynchronous processes, and real-time workloads.
• Collaborate with machine learning researchers, software engineers, product teams, and domain experts.
• Convert experimental ML algorithms into production-ready, testable software modules.
