Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with Python and C++.
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of design/architecture.
• 3 years with Speech/Audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related ML field.
• 3 years with ML infrastructure including deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging.
• Master’s degree or PhD in CS or related technical field is preferred.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role is preferred.
• Experience developing accessible technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Collaborate through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies.
• Contribute to documentation or educational content and adapt content to updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources and impact.
• Design and implement ML solutions, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a field.
