Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with one or more of: Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related ML field.
• 3 years of experience with end-to-end Machine Learning (deployment, evaluation, data processing).

Responsibilities

• Design and build Minimum Viable Tests and prototypes to rapidly de-risk AI agent concepts in 4-week sprints.
• Apply deep expertise in agentic systems: planning, memory, context management, tool-use, and loops.
• Blend responsibilities of Software Engineering, Product Management, Research, Data Science and UX Research.
• Prioritize learning and prototyping over perfect code; design fast tests to validate value and feasibility.
• Analyze early signals to evaluate project viability.
