You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and drive best practices across the AI stack, while pushing for performance, reliability, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
• Experience optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability and scale.
• End-to-end development of AI-driven systems and services.
• Experience with Google Cloud capabilities; Dialogflow is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an AI-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven systems and services.
