Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
5 years of software development experience in C++ and Java.
Experience in information retrieval, search infrastructure, ranking systems, data quality, or signal extraction.
Experience with large-scale data analysis and building data pipelines (e.g., Flume).
Ability to apply statistical methods to data problems.

Responsibilities

Design secure, scalable data ingestion pipelines with strict access controls for copyright compliance.
Optimize large-scale retrieval infrastructure, improving latency and vector search efficiency.
Lead integration of Expert Intelligence with Google GenAI products using Spanner for low latency serving.
Develop distributed batch and streaming pipelines to ingest and index terabytes of data.
Provide technical leadership and set best practices for LL M-backed infrastructure.
