The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AI/ML and be able to adapt new methods. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of machine learning principles.

• 5+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large and/or complex ML, DL, and GenAI systems.

• Apply prescriptive analytics techniques to business problems.
• Lead tests of ML algorithms and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and adapt methods.
• Benchmark ML methods and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop prototypes for new AI technologies.
• Lead sessions with business partners to provide technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement through novel techniques.
• Effectively communicate results to influence business direction.
