Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Senior AI/ML Scientist to drive innovative machine learning solutions. This role involves owning the delivery of complex AI systems, applying prescriptive analytics, and collaborating with teams to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AI/ML and be able to adapt new methods. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive experience is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of machine learning principles.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of large and/or complex ML, DL, and GenAI systems.
• Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems for production environments.
• Apply prescriptive analytics techniques to business problems.
• Lead tests of ML algorithms and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and adapt methods.
• Benchmark ML methods and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop prototypes for new AI technologies.
• Lead sessions with business partners to provide technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement through novel techniques.
• Effectively communicate results to influence business direction.
