Synergy Technologies in Jacksonville, FL seeks a seasoned Project Manager for AI projects. You will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, manage cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Candidates should have 12+ years IT PM experience, hands-on AI/ML project management, and familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps. PMP/CSM/SAFe preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML projects and GenAI initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI model development lifecycles and deployment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and related PM tools.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment.
• Coordinate with AI engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely status updates.
