Job summary

Trase, a Red Cell Partners venture, seeks a Senior Product Manager to define AI/ML product strategy and own the roadmap. You will work across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact features on our platform that integrates systems of engagement, record, and insight.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to craft specifications, evangelize the product, and ensure high-quality delivery while staying ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry in development or product management.
• Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, marketing, and UX.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with AI and healthcare is a plus.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust strategy and vision for your areas based on customer needs and industry trends.
• Craft and validate a near- and long-term product roadmap with key customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with design to create user experiences and detailed feature specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive feature delivery and manage dependencies.
• Promote the vision at conferences and to strategic customers with compelling collateral.
• Build strong customer relationships to identify key use cases and GTM plans.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis.
