Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI/ML-powered platform integrations, coordinating with AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, and compliance teams to translate business problems into scalable solutions.

You will define strategy, own the product lifecycle, and drive KPI-based outcomes while collaborating on go-to-market, pricing, and cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in relevant field required.
• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products required.
• 5+ years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agile development methodologies required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features.
• Own the AI product lifecycle — problem framing, data requirements, responsible AI/bias review, and go-to-market — in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI/ML features and monitor post-launch model performance with Data Science.
• Champion responsible AI practices — privacy, explainability, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
• Develop business cases to justify investment to build, partner or buy.
• Be the trusted voice of the market/customer within Inovalon and externally with customers and events.
• Build and maintain roadmap for products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified product plan to the market.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
