Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of AI/ML and secure cloud concepts across IC programs. Hybrid role in Chantilly, VA or NOVA; must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

You will coordinate program requests, manage backlogs, and drive accreditation efforts while supporting developers and architects in rapid prototyping and testing of secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience or Master’s with 12+ years.
• U.S. Citizens only; active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years coordinating tasks, managing backlogs, or liaising between teams in technical environments.
• Familiarity with RMF/ATO and government accreditation processes.
• Practical experience in AI/ML architecture and basic Python code.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface for program leads and manage cross-team deliverables.
• Triage, organize, and prioritize requests into a cohesive backlog with realistic milestones.
• Lead RMF/ATO processes, coordinating with security stakeholders to document and obtain accreditation.
• Support developers and architects in testing, documenting prototypes and shaping rapid demos.
