Job summary

You will collaborate with Data Science and Clinical Affairs teams to validate, govern, and publish AI solutions, while upholding high standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s with 4+ years of relevant quantitative field experience.
• 3+ years of experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Guide the architecture, technical roadmap, and evolution of the life sciences AI platform.
• Design and implement shared platform services and reusable components.
• Integrate agent frameworks with enterprise data sources and scientific systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive platform adoption by defining evaluation criteria for quality and value.
• Apply Agile practices to mature concepts into validated solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
