Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks a Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a shared enterprise AI/ML platform. You will focus on platform automation, MLOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and reliability, with strong emphasis on cost optimization.

You will work on production ML pipelines, Kubernetes-based deployments, observability, and scalable model serving, while shaping internal tooling and deployment workflows for the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, MLOps, or data/software engineering, incl. 2+ years with production ML systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade software development.
• Experience designing and improving ML CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Hands-on AWS, Azure, or GCP experience including cost optimization.
• Advanced Kubernetes experience: cluster management, autoscaling, scheduling.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Production-scale Terraform and Ansible experience.
• Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, experiment tracking, model registries, feature stores, and drift monitoring.
• Experience with automated model validation, A/B testing, canary deployments, and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and continuously improve a shared enterprise AI/ML platform.
• Drive platform automation, MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Enhance observability, reliability, and cost optimization of the platform.
• Lead deployment workflows, model serving, validation, and drift monitoring.
• Develop internal SDKs, CLI tools, reusable templates, APIs, and standardized deployment processes.
