Prudentia Sciences is seeking a driven Senior ML/AI Engineer to build production-grade AI systems for drug development. You’ll work on LLM-based platforms, knowledge graphs, and ML pipelines, turning prototypes into scalable tools with real-world impact.

You’ll collaborate across teams to design, deploy, and monitor AI systems that empower decision-making in life sciences. This role offers remote-first work in the U.S. with option for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build, train, and deploy ML/NLP models, esp. LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain for QA, chatbots, or document automation.
• Strong Python coding skills; CI/CD experience.
• Data engineering basics: ETL, relational/non-relational DBs, Snowflake/Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable LLM systems and RAG pipelines.
• Develop clean APIs and services for ML applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data workflows and quality.
