Ciklum is seeking an Expert Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our US-based team full-time. You will work on cross-functional projects, building LLM-powered agents, models, and integrations on our templates to turn use cases into production systems.

You will pair with business users, write evaluative tests, and ensure guardrails are in place while optimizing costs and data handling. This role offers growth through large-scale initiatives and access to internal learning

Qualifications

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• 2.5+ years building LLM applications in production
• Strong Python/TypeScript and API craftsmanship
• Prompt and context engineering that survives user interaction
• Ability to write LLM evals as part of the build
• Experience shipping with guardrails and optimization
• Experience with retrieval/IR for assistant-facing work, healthcare data handling

Responsibilities

• Build and ship LLM-powered agents and workflows on platform templates
• Write and run evals; ensure every shipped system passes its tests
• Integrate with GoodRx systems and data sources; instrument telemetry
• Collaborate with business users to iterate quickly within bounded scopes
