Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Pennington, New Jersey seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable AI solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. This role requires hands-on ML skills and a strong software engineering background.

The ideal candidate will design models, build ML pipelines, APIs, and microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure governance, security, and responsible AI across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Programming Skills In Python And Experience With SQL.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices.
