Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing ML models (NLP/LLM/CV/DL/RL)
• Experience building AI/ML capabilities in a microservice stack
• Experience with production-grade APIs, microservices, or distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• Knowledge of model evaluation and automated testing tools
• Experience with MLOps platforms or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills
• Understanding of security, accreditation, and operating in classified environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models (NLP, LLM, CV)
